I stayed in Shanghai from April 2009 until March 2010.

At that time I started to do yoga at the gym and continue to the present.

There were some Indian yoga teachers in Shanghai and it was the one that teacher of the real field tells us
I enjoyed listening to very interesting and philosophical stories from them.

When I was learning yoga in Chinese from a Chinese teacher
I did not understand Chinese and I was taking only one different pose.
People around me say "She does not understand Chinese"
I was laughed.

One day an American student spoked to me
"You are a Japanese, aren't you?"

I said "Why?"

She said "Because in American SchoolJapanese moms have
the same towel as you have ".

She saw my Failler 's towel and said.

Only the Japanese people might want to have the same thing as others.

And they feel relieved when they feel they are the same as the surrounding people.

It seemed strange that Japanese moms having the same towel together.

When you are entering into a different culture,
you can see your culture objectively.
